ImpreMedia Receives Prestigious Cambio 16 Award
As Best and Most Influential Hispanic Media Company in the U.S.

New York, NY (July 13, 2009) - ImpreMedia Chairman and CEO John Paton accepted today, on behalf the company, the prestigious 2008 Cambio 16 award naming impreMedia the best and most influential Hispanic media company in the U.S.

The award was presented in New York by Manuel Dominguez Moreno - the Director and Editor-in-Chief of Grupo EIG - the parent company of Cambio 16. Cambio 16 is considered the most influential magazine in Spain and is distributed in 67 countries. Each year the magazine recognizes achievements in the arts, business, politics and media both in Spain and around the world. The magazine in making the award cited impreMedia's journalistic excellence and its dedication to serving the U.S. Hispanic population.

The 2008 Cambio 16 awards also recognized President Barack Obama as the Person of the Year and awarded its International prize to Ingrid Betancourt - the Colombian presidential candidate who was kidnapped and held for more than 6 years by FARC rebels in that country.

ImpreMedia, which includes such brands as La Opinión, La Raza, and El Diario/La Prensa, "serves as the primary news and information touchstone for millions of Latinos living in the United States, and provides critical information on issues that affect all aspects of their lives," stated Dominguez.

"On behalf of our employees, I am extremely honored to accept this award from Cambio 16," Mr. Paton said. "To have our journalistic work recognized by such a prestigious organization is very gratifying."
