Appoints Marshall Genger as
Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President
New
York, NY (June 15, 2009) - ImpreMedia Chairman and CEO John Paton
announced today the appointment of Marshall Genger as the company's
Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. The appointment
is effective immediately.

am extremely pleased to announce the appointment of Marshall as
our new Chief Financial Officer. Marshall has been an integral
part of our corporate team since the company's inception in 2003.
Marshall brings not only a deep understanding of our company and
our strategy but an extensive knowledge of our industry as well,"
Mr. Paton said.
Prior
to this appointment, Mr. Genger served since 2004 as impreMedia's
Corporate Controller. Previously, he served as the Controller
of the company's New York media property El Diario La Prensa.
Mr. Genger has an extensive background in Publishing, having previously
served as Chief Operating Officer for Henry Holt, COO/GM for a
division of Random House Publishing, and Treasurer and Controller
for the New York Daily News. Mr. Genger has also served in a number
of senior financial management positions in the consumer packaged
goods industry.
