Julie Stav and María Marín featured speakers at La Opinion’s
4th Annual Career Expo
Los Angeles, CA. (September 12, 2007) – La Opinión, the leading Spanish-language daily newspaper in the country will feature renown guest speakers: Julie Stav, financial expert and author and motivational speaker, María Marín at its 4th Annual Career Expo presented by State Farm. The event will take place at the Doubletree Hotel Los Angeles/Commerce on Thursday, September 20 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission and parking is free.
Julie Stav is scheduled to address Career Expo attendees at 11:30 a.m., and Maria Marin is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. In addition, Julie Stav will broadcast her national radio show “Tu Dinero con Julie Stav” live from the expo floor starting at 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Listeners can tune in to hear the show on the local Univision station, 1020 KTNQ AM radio.

With dozens of local businesses and major corporations exhibiting at this year’s Career Expo, job seekers will have the opportunity to meet directly with HR representatives. WorkSource of California will provide breakout sessions on résumé writing, interviewing practices and effective tools necessary to help attendees in their job search.
