Bill Vincent Joins ImpreMedia as
Publisher of the Rumbo Newspaper Network in South/Central Texas

Houston, TX (June 12, 2008) –ImpreMedia, the No.1 Hispanic news and information company in the U.S. in online and print, announced today the appointment of Bill Vincent as Publisher of the Rumbo newspaper network in South and Central Texas.

Rumbo holds the title as Texas’s No.1 Spanish-language newspaper network founded in 2004, with newspapers in three of the nation’s top 10 Hispanic DMA’s: Houston, San Antonio and the Rio Grande Valley.

Vincent was recently the Business Director for the Fort Worth Star-Telegram and their Spanish-language publication weekly, La Estrella, where he m anaged the day-to-day business of both the daily and weekly publications. Vincent is also credited for creating DFW’s first home-delivered Hispanic publication, En Casa, currently the Fort Worth Star-Telegram’s exclusive Hispanic product.

Vincent began his career in print as the General Manager, Retail Regional Manager and Salesperson for San Diego’s PennySaver in 1982. In 1996, Vincent rose to Publisher for Capital Cities/ABC Publishing’s Pennypower where he reversed a 15-year sales decrease trend. During a year at Harte-Hanks Communications as Director of Sales & Marketing and Expansion Manager, Vincent helped lead the PennySaver’s expansion into Contra Costa County in 1998.

After working as the Global Client Business Manager of Northern California for AT&T in 2000 - 2002, Vincent started his own agency, Vincent Global Connections, where he served as Executive Director assisting Latin American companies enter the North American market.

Vincent will be based in the San Antonio office where he will also oversee the San Antonio, Houston and Valley properties.
