ImpreMedia’s El Diario La Prensa Ranks #1 in the Nation as the
Fastest Growing Daily Newspaper

El Diario La Prensa tops the list in net paid daily circulation growth among large-circulation dailies, according to a report released by the Audit Bureau of Circulation (ABC)

New York. (May 01, 2008) – El Diario La Prensa, the leading Spanish-language newspaper in New York, ranked #1 in net daily paid circulation growth among the largest daily newspapers in America for the six month period ending March 2008 from the Audit Bureau of Circulation. The daily average is based on Monday-Friday circulation reports.

El Diario La Prensa
topped the list advancing its daily circulation 7.6% to 53,856 copies, the largest increase of any newspaper in the country with circulation over 50,000. The Spanish-language daily’s circulation growth significantly outpaced any other American newspaper, including that of second place The Times in Munster, Indiana, which reported an increase of 3.01%. And the third runner up, The Cincinnati Enquirer’s daily circulation increased by 2.93%.
