Raza and Fox Valley Publications Form Alliance to Serve Chicago's
Hispanic Community

(March 15, 2005) - ImpreMedia, LLC's La Raza and Hollinger
International's (NYSE:HLR) Fox Valley Publications today announced
that they have entered into a comprehensive agreement to allow
each to mutually benefit as they together better serve Chicago's
Hispanic community - the third largest in the nation.
Under the
agreement, La Raza's readers would have access to Fox Valley's
unmatched suburban and community news coverage; Fox Valley's advertisers
would gain access to La Raza's unparalleled reach of Chicago's
Hispanic community. Fox Valley Publications will also expand its
existing printing relationship with La Raza.
