ImpreMedia Announces that Scott Mautner has Joined as General Counsel
New York, NY (March 5, 2007) – ImpreMedia, LLC, America’s #1 Hispanic publisher has hired Scott Mautner as General Counsel.

Most recently, Mr. Mautner served as the General Counsel of WestCom Holdings Corp., a leading provider of telecom services to the banking and financial communities, including the world’s largest and most prestigious banks and investment banking firms. Mr. Mautner consummated the sale of WestCom to One Equity Partners, the private equity arm of JPMorgan. Prior to WestCom, Mr. Mautner served as the General Counsel of BUYandHOLD, Inc., a financial services company focused on long-term investors, and known for its innovative services resulting in awards from several publications. Mr. Mautner closed the sale of BUYandHOLD with Oppenheimer & Co in 2002. Before becoming a General Counsel, Mr. Mautner engaged in the private practice of law focusing primarily on corporate, securities and real estate law.
Mr. Mautner is a graduate of the Boston University School of Law. He obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration, with distinction, from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, where he concentrated in accounting.
