ImpreMedia Promotes Francisco Lozano to Corporate
Director of Magazines

New York, NY (January 19, 2007) - John Paton, Chairman and CEO of ImpreMedia, the nation's largest Spanish-language newspaper and online news publisher, named Francisco Lozano Corporate Director of Magazines. ImpreMedia recently entered the magazine field with the purchase late last year of Vista Magazine (circulation of one million copies per issue) and the rollout of La Vibra, the entertainment weekly, in six top Hispanic markets (circulation of 530,000 copies weekly).

Reporting directly to Mr. Paton, Mr. Lozano will be responsible for coordinating ImpreMedia’s growing efforts into the magazine field including the rollout of new products and acquisitions.
